Parsley for Passover, pesto, or pasta!

Spring into spring by planting your own indoor herb garden – choose a mix of parsley, basil, dill, and cilantro – with expert gardener, Emily Landsman. Enjoy an exhibit spotlight talk, decorate your take-home pots, and learn how to plant and harvest your herbs so that they stay fresh and delicious.

Must be 21 or older to attend and present a valid ID at the door.

Tickets include all supplies and one drink (additional drinks available for purchase).

About Emily Landsman
Emily is the current president of Arlington Friends of Urban Agriculture (FOUA) and serves on the Arlington County Food Security Coalition. She enjoys container gardening at home, as well as gleaning and food preparation with volunteer organizations in the DC area.  She has served as marketing and creative director for several food companies in the DC area and writes about food, gardening, and sustainable agriculture. She regularly teaches gardening, cooking, and cocktail classes. Emily worked with local governments around the country for a decade before a second career in the food and agriculture world. She has a Master of Public Administration degree and a graduate certificate in sustainable agriculture and food systems.

Early access tickets go on sale for members one week prior to the General Public. Memberships start at just $36.
