Tour the Museum

We are pleased to provide guided tours which groups of all ages and backgrounds can enjoy. Led by one of our trained guides, your tour will include visits to the Museum’s  exhibitions with a special look at behind-the-scenes stories and opportunities for dynamic conversation.

Ways to Tour the Museum

Private Tours

Book a private tour for your group today!

Options include:

  • A one hour tour of the Ongoing Exhibitions.
  • A 30 minute tour of the special exhibition JewCE: The Jewish Comic Experience (November 15th-March 23rd)

Public Tours

$5 per person

Join a 45-minute docent led tour of the Museum’s ongoing exhibitions every Sunday at noon.

 

 

Semi Guided Group Tours

$3 per person | For groups of 40 or more.

A volunteer docent will welcome the group upon arrival and give an introduction to the Museum. Then, once the group splits up to explore the exhibitions, the docent will rotate through the galleries answering questions, engaging group members, and assisting with activities and interactive elements.

FAQs

Can we continue exploring the Museum after the tour?

Yes. After your tour you can continue exploring the Ongoing Exhibitions and Community Action Lab for as long as you’d like.

Is there bus parking at the Museum?

We do not have bus parking at the Museum. Buses can easily drop off and pick up groups at our F Street entrance.
