Join Sarah Leavitt, Director of Curatorial Affairs, to discuss The Lilac People by Milo Todd, a deeply humane story about a trans man who must relinquish the freedoms of prewar Berlin to survive first the Nazis, then the Allies, while protecting his loved ones. This new novel was selected in conjunction with our special exhibition, LGBTJews in the Federal City.
