Good Deeds Week: Clothing Drive & Letter Writing

Does your closet need some spring cleaning? Bring clean and gently used clothing of all sizes and styles to the Lillian and Albert Small Capital Jewish Museum on Sunday, April 6th! We’re proud to participate in The Jewish Federation’s Sara & Samuel J Lessans Good Deeds Week by collecting clothing for the DC LGBTQ+ Community Center’s Clothing Closet in honor of the upcoming “LGBTJews in the Federal City” exhibition. When you stop by, you can also write a letter of support for  Point of Pride, an organization that creates care packages and wellness resources for trans folks in need.
