Evening will feature the authors of “Notorious RBG”, Irin Carmon and Shana Knizhnik, and a brief musical selection in honor of the late Justice.

The new Museum is located at 3rd & F Streets NW on the Metro Red Line at Judiciary Square/National Building Museum exit and is just a fifteen minute walk from Union Station. For guests wishing to drive, there is a public garage nearby at 3rd & G Streets.

The Capital Jewish Museum explores the Jewish experience in the national capital region, inspiring visitors to connect, reflect, and act—connect personally and collectively, reflect on the relevance of the past to today, and act on behalf of their values and communities. The new Museum—opening to the public on June 9—connects the past to the present through thought-provoking exhibitions, lively programming, and creative public experiences.
